Rachel Weinstock, LCSW accepts Aetna, Aetna Medicare, Cigna and Evernorth, BCBS, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Humana Medicare. Sessions with our other clinicians are private pay, which allows for more flexible, personalized care without insurance restrictions. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they feel less overwhelming. It is especially effective for trauma and PTSD.

Sessions are up to 55 minutes. Initial intake appointments may run a bit longer as we get to know one another and set goals.

Yes. We offer secure telehealth sessions to clients throughout Arizona, so you can access care from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Candice Bahm also provides telehealth in Idaho and Utah, and in-person sessions in the Little Rock, Arkansas area.

We work with children ages 10 and up, adolescents, adults, families, and parents seeking support.

The first appointment is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. We will talk about what brings you in, your history and goals, and any questions you have — then map out a plan that feels right for you.

A superbill is an itemized receipt of the services you received. You can submit it to your insurance company to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your specific plan.
