Therapy approaches

Tools for every current

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR helps your brain process difficult or upsetting memories so they don't feel as overwhelming anymore. You don't have to tell every detail of what happened. The goal is to help those memories lose their intensity so you can move forward feeling more in control.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

CBT helps you notice how your thoughts, feelings, and actions all affect each other. Together, we'll learn to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and practice new ways of handling stress, anxiety, depression, and everyday challenges.

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

DBT teaches practical skills to help you manage big emotions, handle stress, improve relationships, and make choices that match the person you want to be. It's especially helpful when emotions feel intense or hard to control.

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)

ACT isn't about getting rid of difficult thoughts or feelings. Instead, it helps you make room for them without letting them control your life, so you can focus on what matters most and take steps toward the life you want.

Somatic Therapy

Sometimes our bodies hold onto stress and difficult experiences. Somatic therapy helps you notice what your body is telling you and teaches ways to feel calmer, safer, and more connected to yourself through movement, breathing, and body awareness.

Nature-Based Therapy

Nature-based therapy uses the outdoors as part of the healing process. Whether we're walking, sitting by a river, or spending time outside, nature can help reduce stress, improve mood, and make it easier to talk through life's challenges while feeling more relaxed.
